There’s nothing quite like a session in a sauna. You feel more relaxed and rested after you’re done, and the heat helps relieve sore muscles and improves your overall health and well-being.

Halo Therapy

Known as dry salt therapy. A holistic, drug-free, natural therapy that promotes better breathing, healthier skin, sounder sleep, improved physical fitness, and overall wellness.

Chromotherapy

Also called color light therapy, is the process of restoring balance to the body by applying color.

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy is thought to work by acting on the “power house” in your body’s cells called mitochondria. With more energy, other cells can do their work more efficiently, such as repairing skin, boosting new cell growth, and enhancing skin rejuvenation.

Far Infrared Sauna

Enjoy the many benefits of our private, Far Infrared Sauna. This dry heat feels amazing, and has been reported to be more comfortable than a traditional steam sauna.

Make sure to be hydrated before going into the sauna. Dry towel, cool rag, and water provided. Heat varies up to 130 degrees. Wear a bathing suit, fitness attire, or undergarments.

Halotherapy

Soothe your respiratory tract in our private, unique, HaloIR sanctuary.

Halotherapy opens the bronchial tubes in the lungs, helps to reduce inflammation in the sinuses & small airways, breaks up and clears mucus, and increases PH level which reduces acidity. Safe for pregnancy and children.
No Heat. Wear a bathing suit, fitness attire, or undergarments.

Red Light Therapy

Enjoy the many benefits of Red Light Therapy in our private, HaloIR sanctuary. *Halotherapy shuts off at 104 degrees if you choose to add higher temperatures to sessions of 30 minutes or more. The sanctuary will not heat to its highest temperature in a 30m combined session. For full sauna heat after halotherapy, choose a 45 minute session.

Hot Yoga

Increase your flexibility, burn more calories, detoxify your body, and improve your circulation during a private hot yoga session. Our private sanctuary is set to a temperature of around 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit, which can help to loosen your muscles and allow you to achieve deeper stretches. Make sure to be hydrated before going into the sauna. Yoga mat, towel, cool rag, and water provided. Do your own routine or utilize our tech setup.

Our private sanctuary is set to a temperature of around 80-105 degrees Fahrenheit, which can help to loosen your muscles and allow you to achieve deeper stretches. Make sure to be hydrated before going into the sauna. Yoga mat, towel, cool rag, and water provided. Do your own routine or utilize our tech setup.
