BOOTCAMP

REGISTRATION
Complete fitness assessment, measurements for tracking (including body fat %), fitness goal consultation, nutritional guidance, and meal plan setup, before photos (with your device so they are yours to keep/control).
SESSIONS
2 in-person sessions per week for 6 weeks using our commercial gym equipment. Workouts will vary from session to session, but will always include warm-up, resistance, stability, core & balance components. These workouts will be designed to push you in a safe environment. Injuries, traumas, postural deviations, etc. will be taken into consideration while training with us.
FITNESS APP
Yes, that’s right! You’ll get access to our personal training app including a meal plan with food logging/tracking built in! You will be given 2 extra at-home bodyweight workouts to do in addition to your 2 in-person sessions with us. All exercises/workout programs in the app include videos on how to perform the exercises properly.

We accept 3- 6 people per program
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6pm-7pm
COST
$300 per person for 6-week training program, paid at registration
